2016 Division II Official Notice

This Official Notice contains a schedule of meetings and sessions that are a part of the 2016 Convention. [Please note: The schedule is subject to change. Please refer to your Convention Program for the most upto- date meeting sites and times.] This Official Notice also contains legislation for consideration at the business session of the 2016 Convention, including amendments-to-amendments. It also contains the necessary information concerning the accreditation of delegates, voting procedures and other Convention policies. We encourage each member to review the information related to the activities in which you will be involved before attending the Convention. It is particularly important that each delegate bring a copy of the Official Notice to the Convention. The Official Notice will be the only publication containing all Division II Convention legislation.


In addition to the consideration of legislation, delegates also may participate in educational and discussion sessions about topics of concern within the division.

Division II Official Notice, 109th Annual Convention, January 15-18, 2015, Washington, D.C.

On behalf of the NCAA Board of Governors, the Division I Board of Directors, the Divisions II and III Presidents Councils, the Division I Leadership Council and the Divisions II and III Management Councils, we extend a cordial invitation to each NCAA member to be represented at the Association’s 109th annual Convention scheduled January 15 through 18, 2015, in Washington, D.C.

It is our pleasure to issue this Official Notice of the 2015 Convention.

This publication is sent to the president or chancellor, director of athletics, faculty athletics representative, senior woman administrator and senior compliance administrator at each active NCAA Division II member institution, as well as to the officers of member conferences and provisional member institutions.

This Official Notice contains legislation for consideration at the Division II business session of the 2015 Convention, including amendments-to-amendments. It also contains the necessary information concerning the accreditation of delegates, voting procedures and other Convention policies. We encourage each member to review the information related to the activities in which you will be involved before attending the Convention.

It is particularly important that each Division II delegate bring a copy of the Official Notice to the Convention. The Official Notice will be the only publication containing all Division II Convention legislation. Division III Revenues and Expenses - 2004 – 2013
This report represents the 2014 edition of Revenues and Expenses of NCAA Division III Intercollegiate Athletics Programs. Although editions prior to 1989 were conducted, independently of the NCAA by Professor Mitch Raiborn of Bradley University, editions subsequent to that date have been joint efforts of the NCAA research staff and me. This edition includes data for the fiscal years 2004 through 2013.
 
Division II Revenues and Expenses - 2004 – 2013
This report provides summary information concerning revenues and expenses of NCAA Division II athletics programs for the fiscal years 2004 through 2013. It is the result of data collected during the fall of each of those years. Although similar studies have been conducted for the NCAA since 1969, significant changes in data collection and reporting render those reports non-comparable to those of 2004 and beyond.
