This Official Notice contains all legislation for initial consideration by the NCAA Division I Management Council at its January 13, 2008, meeting and for possible consideration and adoption by the Division I Board of Directors at its January 14, 2008, meeting. It also includes any proposals for which an override vote has been requested by the membership. The override vote will occur during the Division I business session, which will be conducted during the legislative forum on Saturday, January 12, 2008. All of the proposals in this publication were properly sponsored or introduced by conferences, cabinets, the Division I Management Council or Board of Directors. To assist the membership in communicating positions through conference offices and conference Management Council representatives, the proposals appear in topical groups.
