The Points of Emphasis are rules topics that the NCAA Women’s Volleyball Rules Committee feels should be given special attention. These topics may or may not represent rules changes for the current season, but their importance must not be overlooked. At its annual meeting March 8-11, 1998, the NCAA Men’s Water Polo Committee voted to adopt FINA/United States Water Polo rules with certain exceptions. NCAA exceptions are indicated in bold.
