DescriptionThis publication presents all proposed amendments to the NCAA legislation that were properly sponsored by Division I conferences, committees, Management Council and Board of Directors in accordance with the Division I legislative calendar adopted in April 2003 and revised in April 2005. The proposals are divided into three subsections: Section One — cabinet, committee and Management Council sponsored proposals; Section Two — conference sponsored proposals; and Section Three — Board of Directors sponsored proposals. Some attempt has been made to group these proposals by topic area within the three sections. For your convenience, a complete topical index is included at the end of this publication.
