DescriptionThis Official Notice contains all legislation for initial consideration by the NCAA Division I Management Council at its January 8, 2006, meeting and for possible consideration and adoption by the Division I Board of Directors at its January 9, 2006, meeting. It also includes NCAA Proposal No. 2004-21 and information related to the override vote on the proposal, which will occur during the Division I Business Session that will be conducted during the Legislative Forum on Saturday, January 7, 2006. All of the proposals in this publication were properly sponsored or introduced by conferences, cabinets, the Division I Management Council or Board of Directors. To assist the membership in communicating positions through conference offices and conference Management Council representatives, the proposals appear in topical groups.
