How Do I Place An Order?

Finding the item:

There are two ways to search for an item through the website. You can click on any one of the nine tabs labeled "NCAA News" through "Videocassettes" to find an item by category. You can also use our search engine, located on the home page. Type a keyword from the item for which you are looking and click on the search button. A new screen will come up listing the search results. If the item is not yet available, you can still place it on order. We will ship the item to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Anticipated arrival dates are listed in each item description. If the item you want is not listed on the website, contact NCAA Publishing for further assistance.

Publication Availability:

Publications are released and available throughout the calendar year. If an item is not available at the time you place an order, it will be placed into backorder status and automatically released when the item becomes available.

Adding the item to your shopping cart:

When you locate an item you want to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button, and this item will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Items in your shopping cart will stay there until you either complete the order or delete the item(s) our of your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click either on the shopping cart icon or the "View Cart" button that appears next to each item.

Your shopping cart: The next screen shows all items currently in your shopping cart. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click the delete button next to the item. If you need to change the quantity selected, simply change the amount and click on the "Update" button. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button.

Billing/Shipping Information:

On the next screen, please complete your billing and shipping addresses. If both are identical, please click on the button labeled "Same as Billing." Any field with an asterisk must be completed. Click on the "Continue" button. (Please note that orders shipping to non-United States destinations may have additional shipping added. These orders should be placed by phone, fax, or mail. Payment Information:

Guests - please prepay for orders by using a major credit card. NCAA member schools - you may be billed by using a purchase order number (must be logged on to the website), or you may also prepay for orders by using a major credit card. On the payment information screen, please review the shipping address (if this address is incorrect, please return to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon, and click the "Checkout" button, which will take you back to the billing/shipping information screen to make changes). Please choose a method of shipment. The following chart depicts shipping charges for all non-rush, standard ground orders shipping to a U.S. destination (add $25.00 for overnight delivery and $15.00 for second day delivery; rush orders must be entered by 2:30 P.M. M-F Eastern Standard time):

Next, choose your method of payment. NCAA member schools may pay by purchaseorder or credit card. When paying with a purchase order, you must be logged inwith a valid member number. Please indicate the purchase order number and theindividual authorized to use a purchase order. It is not necessary to provide uswith a copy of the official purchase order; however, if you choose to do so,please indicate thatit is a confirming order only. If this is not stated on thepurchase order, an additional order will be placed. Non-members must pay bycredit card on the website, although we do accept checks and money orders mailedto our address listed above. Please do not send cash. We currently accept Visa,MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your credit card willbe charged at the time the order is placed.

Completing the order:When you are ready to submit the order, click onthe "Purchase" button. If the order was successfully submitted, you will receivean order confirmation page with your billing information, order charges, andorder number. Please keep this page for your records.

Can I check the order history on the website?

You can check the status of your order and your order history by clicking onthe folder icon called "Order History" in the upper right-hand corner of anyscreen. The order history page will show details such as order number, date,time, status, payment type, and total dollar amount for all orders placed onthis website.

How do I can or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact NCAA Publishing at1-888-388-9748 as soon as possible. The website does not allow the user to makeany changes to an order after it is submitted.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Checks or money orders should be mailed with your order form to the NCAAPublishing, P.O. Box 361147, Indianapolis, IN 46236-5323. Your check will bedeposited at the time the order is placed, regardless of the date of shipment.Please do not send cash.

Can merchandise be returned?

The NCAA is a non-profit publishing service that is unable to acceptpublication returns. If an item has been put on backorder, it is possible tocancel prior to shipment by calling NCAA Publishing at 1-888-388-9748.

Can I ship an order outside of the United States?

At this time, international orders cannot be placed via the website. Theseorders should be placed by phone, fax, email, or mail only. Contact NCAAPublishing for more information at 1-888-388-9748.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are shipped from Indianapolis as soon as the items are available. Wewill ship and backorder, meaning we will ship items as they are available. Allorders are processed within 24 hours (provided that at least one item is instock at the time the order is placed). U.S. shipments are sent via UPS Groundfor all standard ground, non-rush orders.
